Meet the 'Dogs!
 Gloria at the beach
Gloria is a chihuahua who is moved and motivated by the social teachings of the church. You'll find her volunteering at the Catholic Worker or gathering signatures for petitions to change the system. She sings harmonies with Monica and plays bass with the band. Rock on!
 Daniel on drums
Daniel is the group's only cat, and a cool cat he is! Drawn to the church by the beauty of its arts and culture, he sometimes drives the 'Dogs crazy with his particular take on life. He likes to hang out at coffeeshops and museums. Sometimes he teases Otto by pretending to be a phenomenologist.

 Otto takes careful notes for a song
Otto is a great dane who loves to study -- especially Scripture and the Church Fathers. He likes to debate theological points and loves Thomas Aquinas. Everyone was surprised to find out he's really good on electric guitar.
 Monica prays for the Poor Souls
Monica is a saluki who takes after her namesake (St. Augustine's mother) in that she's as prayerful as can be. If you can't find her playing keyboards, she might have nipped off to the Adoration chapel or be sitting in a pew reading through Interior Castle. She and Daniel like to discuss the mystical life of the saints.

Allen and a few friends
Allen is a labrador retriever who has been involved in youth ministry for as long as he can remember. He describes himself as a mix of Jack Black in School of Rock, Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music, and Whoopi Goldberg in Sister Act. He sings and plays acoustic guitar.
Miss Amy and a few friends
Miss Amy is a human being who has been manager for the Dogma Dogs since they formed in 2002. Just as George Martin was sometimes called the "Fifth Beatle" for his extensive work with them in the studio, Amy likes to think of herself as the "6th dog." She has worked as a children's choir director and is currently working towards a Ph.D. in music history.
